EKVER – Refund, Return & Shipping Policy

By placing an order with EKVER (via ekver.in, Instagram, or any official channel), you agree to the following terms. We are a limited-edition label built on quality and exclusivity; our policies are designed to protect both the craft and our community.

1. The "137" Rule

EKVER is a limited-edition fashion label. Each design is strictly limited to 137 pieces. Once a design or size is sold out, it will not be restocked. Because of this scarcity, every piece is reserved specifically for you once an order is confirmed.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Express Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Delivery Timelines: * Kerala & South India: 2–4 Business Days.

    • Rest of India: 4–8 Business Days.

  • Tracking: A tracking link will be shared via SMS/WhatsApp/Email once dispatched.

  • Note: While we strive for speed, actual delivery depends on courier partners. Delays due to external factors do not qualify for instant cancellation once the item is in transit.

3. Payment & COD

  • Prepaid Orders: Processed immediately with Free Shipping.

  • COD Partial Payment: To confirm a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, a non-refundable partial payment fee is required at checkout. The remaining balance is payable to the courier at the time of delivery.

4. Returns & Size Exchanges

We want you to have the perfect fit. Unlike most limited-drop brands, we offer a window for exchanges.

4.1 7-Day Window

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

4.2 Size Exchanges

If the size doesn't fit, you can request a one-time exchange:

  • Exchange Fee: A flat fee of ₹300 is applicable to cover the reverse pickup from your address and the reshipping of the new size.

  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability of the specific design. If the size is sold out, a store coupon will be issued.

4.3 Quality Check (Mandatory)

All returns and exchanges are accepted only after a strict internal quality check.

  • The product must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.

  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • If a product fails the quality check (scent of perfume, stains, or signs of wear), the request will be rejected and the item shipped back to the customer.

4.4 Discount / Promotional Orders

Products purchased under special discounts, promotional pricing, clearance sales, or limited-time offers are not eligible for return, exchange, or size change.

However, if a customer receives a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof. After verification, EKVER will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.


5. Damaged or Wrong Items

In the rare event of a defect or incorrect item:

  • Report: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requirement: An original, uncut unboxing video is mandatory. Without this video, claims for damage or missing items will not be processed.

  • Resolution: We will provide a 100% Free Replacement or Refund for genuine defects.

6. Non-Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unreachable number, or customer refusal:

  • Any refund will be processed only after the parcel reaches our facility.

  • EKVER reserves the right to deduct actual forward and return shipping charges from the refund amount.

7. Fraud & Misuse

EKVER maintains zero tolerance for fake damage claims or product swapping. Such cases will lead to a permanent block from future drops and may be pursued under applicable Indian law.
